Tosselilla welcomes everyone, regardless of background. We can do that thanks to our large range and variety of experiences and activities. The work towards a more sustainable park is in constant motion. We will update you as we work towards new goals:

  • There are large picnic areas with grills for those who wish to bring their own food.
  • We are a major youth employer in the region:
    • We hire staff with different backgrounds. We do not hire based on a CV, but the person's qualities are what is important to us.
    • The staff receives training in service, this year through the unique concept Future On Board. This is to offer world-class service to the park's guests and also to give young people tools for self-leadership, be able to contribute to society and have an increased opportunity to become self-sufficient.
    • The staff receives training in fire safety.
    • Personnel in the various areas receive specific training for the tasks for which they are responsible.
    • We follow collective agreements according to Visita.
  • Tosselilla works actively step by step for increased sustainability in the long term:
    • Cooperation with local entrepreneurs.
    • Purchase of Swedish and local raw materials and goods to the extent possible.
    • Expanded the healthy, vegetarian and vegan range.
    • Replaces attractions with more environmentally friendly alternatives. For example, in the 2022 season we will have replaced our fuel-powered bumper boats with electric ones. 
    • We have a partnership with PantaMera.
  • Tosselilla promotes movement and joy.
  • The park is large and has lots of activities to stimulate the children to move and be active in a joyful way, which contributes to good health.
