Availability

Tosselilla wants the park to be accessible to everyone and is working hard towards that goal. Here are some things that might be good to know:

• The park has a large and open area, wide walkways and the vast majority of walkways are paved.
• There are toilets adapted for the disabled and also changing rooms at the entrance, water park and at the amusement park. 
• Companions enter for free upon presentation of a certificate. See below.
• Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in the area on presentation of a certificate.
• If you have a disability or special needs, you are welcome to contact our information for the best help. Please do so before your visit with us.
• If you have small children and need to heat up canned food, there is a microwave outside the Kaffestugan in the waterland area.

Escort

Companion certificates can be issued to people who, due to a disability, need help and support from a companion during various activities in the park. If you have an illness or disability and need help, your companion will receive free admission to Tosselilla.

Up to two companions get free admission and ride with you on the attractions. If you need more than two companions, additional companions pay the regular price.

Custom queue

If you have an illness or disability, you can get a so-called accessibility bracelet, which means you don't have to stand in the physical queue to our attractions.

Certificate for escort and adapted queue

If you need an escort and/or adapted queue, you need to show a signed certificate from Tosselilla when you arrive at the park:

• The signed certificate is presented at the information desk inside the entrance. The certificate should not be sent to Tosselilla.
• The certificate is valid for one year from the date it is signed.
• International companion cards and the EU Disability Card are also valid.
